Qualified facilitators staff with proven skills

Main tasks of the i-Lab session moderator (facilitator) include planning and preparing sessions in the way providing with optimal use of means available in i-Lab, conducting sessions with use of available supportive techniques, reporting. Therefore, a moderator should understand the i-Lab idea and know the capacity of i-Lab environment application, use of specialist software and available technical elements. Staff of qualified facilitators were necessary for further stages of project implementation, during which i-Labs were implemented in practice of the vocational education, but also in the very i-Lab functioning in a structure of the organisation.

Training within the scope of i-Lab session moderation and VBS software service was organised for representatives of the partner institutions. In total, 16 persons participated in it (three persons from Poland, three from Slovenia, two from Germany, one from Greece and seven from Romania). Training was conducted by facilitators from the Institute for Sustainable Technologies – PIB in Radom. Project leader and Partner from Romania, organised training in Romania on 24-25 September 2013.
